Kip is an experienced multilingual business lawyer trained in both the common law and civil law legal traditions. He is recognized for his ability to bring innovative solutions to complex business and legal challenges.
Kip's practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, the preparation of specialized commercial agreements, and advising clients on business and legal strategy.
Kip is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec bars, with significant experience in cross border matters involving the US, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Latin America, and China. He has served on the boards of many corporations and as the President (or equivalent) of five organisations.
The Spring of 2025, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario conferred on Kip the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of his many years of volunteer community service.
